would like to hire a genealogical researcher to help me continue my
search of the Bridges' line. My great-great-grandfather was Julius
Caesar Alford Bridges (really) who was born 16 Feb 1839 in Henry
County. His father was James M. Bridges, born 15 Feb 1812 (location
unknown). James was married to Mary Matilda Presley. I have informtion
that James'parents were Joseph J. Bridges and Sarah Loving. Please

William Johnny, was born in Henry County around 1850. Need to know who
his parent were. the 1850 Census Index shows a LYLE on Page 288A- 289B.
Can someone also check the 1860 census for the LYLE family. Thanks for

Matilda Presley in Henry County. Their son, Julius Caesar Alford

shown the 1870 census of Henry County. He is listed in the census as
Early Bailey. They appear in DeKalb Census of 1880 but I have reason to
believe they returned to Henry County by 1900.

CURD
family - Seeking information on the birth of Leonorah Elizabeth CURD on
July 15, 1842 in Henry County, to John Curd and Miriam W. Johnson Curd.
Leonorah later married William Pryor NICHOLS in Whitfield County,
Georgia. She died on January 28, 1899. Leonorah and William P. Nichols
had 3 children - Carrie Lee, Anna Lucy, and John William, my

for the family of James M. LINDSEY aka LINDSAY. He married Onie Garrett
(parents unkn) in Henry County GA 1877. They had 10 children. Joseph,
Maude, Claude, Harvey, Olen, Charles D., Minnie, Rose, WIlliam and Geo.
Claude moved his family to Cullman AL after 1910. He married Della
Magnolia Kelley (believe she is the dau of Wm Timothy Kelley) in Henry
County. WOuld love any information on this family or possible adjacent

McWhoter,lived in Henry County in the mid- to late-1800's. He died 18
Dec 1883 in Henry County and she died 6 Nov 1893 in Henry County. I
would like any information on their burial place and/or any
